    Frances Dandy

    Senior Vice President
    Responsible for oversight of all Casino operations. Member of the Table Mountain Rancheria Band of Indians and is the Tribal representative contributing Casino knowledge to the Property and the Native American Gaming Industry.

    Dan Casas

    Legal Counsel
    Responsible for providing guidance and legal advice to Table Mountain Casino, the Tribal Gaming Commission and Table Mountain Rancheria Government Office. 24 years as a practicing attorney, incorporating over 9 years experience in Native American and Casino Gaming and Federal Indian Law. Adjunct law professor of Tribal Sovereignty and Federal Indian Law.

    Tom Malloy

    Executive Director of Marketing
    Responsible for Casino Marketing, Advertising, the Player’s Club, Entertainment, Promotions and Events. Over 25 years of Casino and Hospitality experience, the last 17 years in marketing of the Casino Industry.

    Gerald D. Gadsden

    Executive Director of Culinary Operations
    Responsible for culinary operations of the property, incorporating restaurants, beverage, and catering service. Over 32 years of experience in Hospitality, Gaming, and Culinary Operations.

    Mark Solomon

    Director of Human Resources
    Responsible for Casino Organizational Development including recruiting, staffing, and compensation of Team Members. Over 25 years of Human Resources management experience in the Gaming Industry.

    Daniel Ray

    Director of Facility Operations & Construction
    Responsible for the Casino Facility operations, maintenance and cleanliness of the entire property and landscape, and coordinates all Casino construction improvements. Over 26 years of construction management experience, the last 4 years in the Casino Industry.
